Nataliya is a certified executive coach for leaders and teams who rely on collaboration and influence to achieve extraordinary results in times of constant change - and want to have fun in the process!
She is a master facilitator who designs & facilitates bespoke team effectiveness & strategy off-sites that are not only effective in achieving outcomes, but also build connection and  group energy, even in the virtual world.  She connects with her audience though their mind and heart through a combination of practical no-BS approach, candor and humour.

Although her background is in mathematics and product development, Nataliya’s unusual education journey also spans across traditional leadership coaching, positive psychology, applied neuroscience and timeless practices of mindfulness and yoga, all of which are reflected in her proprietary programming. 

Nataliya is the visionary founder of BeckerLeadership- a collective of practitioners to empower technology-powered organizations & teams to become consistent centers of growth and innovation through team & executive coaching, facilitation and training on modern product development practices.

In her previous life, she worked in start-up and enterprise worlds across the health and financial services industries,  where she built and led teams to achieve extraordinary things.

Nataliya lives in west Toronto, Canada, where she is balancing the joys of her work and parenting her 2 kids, Maksim and Alina. She loves to dance, spend time outdoors, try healthy recipes and explore coffee shops for fancy tea lattes and good vibes.

Leveraging a powerful framework based on Patrick Lencioni’s famous work on overcoming Five Dysfunctions of a Team (Absence of Trust, Fear of Conflict,Lack of Commitment, Avoidance of Accountability,Inattention to Results), the offsite dives deep into each topic and leads the team though exercises to improve each dimension.

The workshops & content are customized based on the discovery.

Resilience.

Personal resilience is an ability to recover & learn from setbacks and daily stresses.  It helps us cultivate growth mindset & emotional intelligence to manage our own and then others’ emotional states. The great news is that resilience is a trainable skill.

Mindfulness.

Mindfulness is a quality of expanded awareness & focus. It helps us see unhelpful thoughts and space between triggers & actions so that we can make choices that serve us.It develops self-awareness and self-regulation, and hence has been proven to be at the core resilience.
